As a Principle Trainer in The Pilates Method I have dedicated the past 25 years to teaching students and clients, studying traditional to contemporary styles of Pilates and believe Pilates is the answer to so many conditions.
I completed the first Pilates courses in Tasmania 25 years ago, soon after moved to Northern NSW and owned studios there for 20 years, 5 years ago moved to Melbourne where I now live and own a boutique studio in North Melbourne.

What to expect:
A Personalised session with me will be based on your needs from rehabilitation to fitness goals. It can be a traditional Pilates session or more contemporary also include elements of Yoga, I draw on all the disciplines I have knowledge in to offer you an experience that is of value, and make it something you enjoy, makes sense and want to do!
